A Guide to Better Health
Quitting Bullshit
Understanding modern health challenges and building a strong foundation for wellness.
Why?
Modernization has introduced many negatives to how we live.
Processed foods, poor soil, medicinal interventions, omnipresent technology, attention economy, peer pressure and debt driven monetary system build a paradigm where human life and connection to ourselves are not a priority.
A lot of us are detached from nature, to the point of not wanting to reproduce.
To be healthy, first step is to build a strong foundation.
To solve modern problems we need both bleeding-edge research and old truth.
Here I gather and present information to understand these issues.
For our future.
